<![CDATA[Startup Problem]]>Opera Mini take hell lot of time at startup to load the Opera Mini.
I'll attach snapshots.

Picture 1:- Instant state after I open Opera Mini. (Totally Blank)

Picture 3:- My final interface, fully loaded all the speed dials. (After a lot of time, Opera Mini can be usable).

I'm using latest Opera Mini 61 on Android 8.1
Re-installing Opera Mini doesn't solve the problem.
Please, take it a view & fix this.
