<![CDATA[Add zstd content encoding support]]>https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8478 defines that zstd is a valid content encoding format (like gzip and brotli). I'd like to see support in Opera desktop and mobile browsers.

At least Caddy and nginx webservers supports zstd, and I guess Apache and other popular servers will soon too.
