If you disable the new start page, the option to "Go back to" it isn't applicable. Try it. (I already did.)

Of course. 🙂 but you will loose the new start page. At least that was what happened here.

See if it is still in opera://flags as it was originally.

I've never seen such option there. Only the one to enable or disable the new start page.
