I have reinstalled several times but the error still exist.

When you uninstalled, did you also make sure to tell the uninstaller to delete all your data so that when you reinstall, you're starting over with a new profile? Is not, and the problem is with your Opera profile, uninstalling and reinstalling alone won't help.

One thing you could try first is to goto the URL opera://settings/siteData, type google.com in the quick-find field and choose "remove all shown". Do the same for youtube.com. Then try to log in.

You could also test in a private window too to see if it works there at leasat.
