I know how to change the language in theory, but when I try it and press the 3 dots next to my preferred language there is no option "display opera in this language", just "move up/down"

I am using a Mac

According to https://help.opera.com/en/latest/customization/#changeLanguage, you should change your system language

I even deleted the current language from that list, but its still the display language of opera... no idea
