It's not getting updated because Opera is not approving any new version. Further it seems that new versions are not just rejected, they are not processed at all!

As other extensions get regular updates i wonder what is the issue here...
Enhanced Steam is one of the most useful extensions for me and it's sad to seeing it not getting updated for my favorite browser...

We would, of course, not simply stop processing uploads from someone, without giving a good reason. We've reached out to the dev to figure out what happened here. One possibility is that he uploaded versions in a period where moderators were on vacation, and then deleted them again when nothing seemed to happen for a week or so. He states that approval is/was automatic, which is not the case: We check each and every version uploaded manually.
