Overlay scrollbars bug in dark mode

Starting with chromium 94.0.4593.0, overlay scrollbars are white if dark mode is enabled. Yet, even though Opera uses chromium 95.xxx, it still renders them black which makes them very hard to spot on the dark background. Please fix this.

@op2 They do, however the correct way to report a problem in Opera is by using the tool in the browser.

@op2 Then, just wait. If they can reproduce the problem and if they consider it a bug, most probably they will fix it at some point.
