Videos of some pages do not work

I recently installed opera because it was recommended to me, but when I tried to watch netflix I got the following error:
And when I try to do what appears on the Netflix page, nothing happens. I've even tried manually deleting the "Winedive" add-on and re-downloading it from opera, but it still doesn't work.
Other sites like twitter do not play the videos either, however youtube works perfectly.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
