My desktop version will now not load just giving me a blank page. The only way to close it is from the Taskbar.</p>
<p dir="auto">I have uninstalled and reinstalled all to no avail. No issue with my Laptop, just desktop running Win 10.</p>
<p dir="auto">I have tried some of the other recommendations in other forums here all to no avail.</p>
<p dir="auto">Any ideas welcome.</p>

Then it is probably off-screen. I've seen various recommendations for how to fix it - the last one was to make sure the window had focus (according to the taskbar icon) then press Win-D (that's hold the Windows-logo key and press D) several times until the window appears. The guy who posted that advice said sometimes he had to press it 5 times,</p>
