I'm not sure when it changed or if it ever had it, but the aero preview with context clicking to move/size/restore/minimize/maximize/close is missing. I over on the task bar icon, move the mouse to the preview window, right-click and it just closes. I get stuck when I switch my second monitor to another pc and the opera browser window can't be moved.

is this a known behavior? Has it always been like this?
