Prueba esta extensión si quieres traducir páginas completas. Pero si prefieres mayor facilidad para traducir un texto seleccionado, te recomiendo esta otra. Para que Opera tenga su propio traductor (uno independiente), creo que necesitaría su propio servicio de traducción (al igual que Google).
