Sometimes, random letters will end up automatically capitalized, even in the middle of a word,; it seems to happen more often with larger 'pages'. This is on a LG Stylo 5 with ~2.8 GB effective RAM.</p>
<p dir="auto">(I do think this is likely a fault with GBoard, and sent feedback, but I'm not 100% Certain.)</p>

Some earlier versions would underline suspected typos in red, current versions don't even do that. So no, I'd blame GBoard or whatever other autocorrect type features you are using.</p>
