So far the only browser I've found that lets me move the tabs to the bottom is Maxthon. I think Opera has better features and I'd rather go with it. Is there a way to move the tabs below the address and bookmark toolbars with Opera 24 or 25? Or do I have to find an older version of Opera.</p>
<p dir="auto">I don't understand this swing to force tabs to the top of the page. It's counter intuitive. Tabs were derived from folders in a filing cabinet. You don't flip through tabs only to get other navigation aids to other content. You expect to go directly to the content below the tab.</p>

It's like hierarchy. (That's why I don't like BM bars.)</p>
