I allowed access through my firewall, restarted computer, and downloaded Restoro and fixed everything on there as well.
Still no access to the VPN, just says "VPN is temporarily unavailable. Opera is resolving the problem."

The VPN stays on "VPN connecting..." and after a few seconds it says "VPN is currently unavailable" i have asked a friend who seems to have the VPN working perfectly fine.
