spinner bar just keeps refreshing and page does not load further.

This site worked normally before and I have not changed browser settings.

Loads normally in Chrome and Firefox.

Any tips for troubleshooting?

WIN10-64. Opera 78.0.4093.147 Norwegian. HWA on.
