<![CDATA[ebay claims I don't have cookies enabled]]>Win 7 64 bit, Opera 24

Going to ebay I get the error message that "cookies aren't enabled" - I can fix it by deleting the cookies but it's really annoying. Anybody else having this problem? It only seems to happen with ebay.

Though in my 11, the UKradioplayer behaves like that. Nothing helps - it won't work in full capacity, saying that I should enable cookies. (Maybe they mean these - ? How to enable them? Like this - ?)
