@kened If I don't mistake, Opera already used to have blur in the UI along with semi transparent elements/panels (somewhere in 30-40 versions, Win Vista/7 era).
And the old design sometimes looks much more modern the the current one.

@kened I keep what I said, there's no affirmation that they will adopt a Windows 11 look in Opera UI.

If you disable the #Video Conferencing Popout flag when you close the browser, it starts a cyclic restart with crash recovery.

@andrew84: Those were good days. That was one of the best Opera's interface.

@leocg: They talked about inspiration. Developers never says exactly what they are planning to do. Mainly Opera developers.

@kened That's correct, and they have reasons for doing it. Some people may tend to interpret things in a way that they say what they want to hear and not necessarily what those things are really saying.

Some people also may not understand that things may change at every moment.

@leocg: What you're saying doesn't make any sense. Let's go back to our high school interpreting classes: what is the core of this text? What is his main message? Can you help me understand what the text is about?

@kened You mean the text in the link you've posted or the text of my comment?

The text on the page is an article in which the author tries to show what he thinks may happen to Opera based on an interview with some developers.

How come they don't implement the trackpad two finger back\forth gestures?! All the other browsers (Edge, chrome,...) has it alredy!

There should be direct access in context menu(for text/links/pictures) to the existing pinboards list.

The changelog for 78 says "Add ‘Detach tab’ entry to tab menu" but I don't see where this is. It doesn't show in right click on the tab with all the other options.
