I can't upload a picture to show u notification. It writes "Error".
I tried two times, both were Error.

Sorry, I found string "Display promotional notifications", but this was turned off from the very start.

I'm sorry, I did not find any string with word "notification" in the Opera settings. I looked for 2 times.
Maybe i'm so stupid, I'll look for else one time.

I turned off the pinboard in settings, i found no anything else.
The same moment I got message about the started stream on youtube, and I could not make a capture of this message (my Fast Stone disclaim to do this ?!?!?!?).

Content -- just games and extensions. Sorry, I did not make a screenshot.
Maybe that is in settings, as you say. There are pop-windows on every page in internet, but I presented that days only on extensions page of Opera. And I began to think this is of my visit there.

And it says Opera Browser because you are receiving the notification in Opera.

What is the content of the notifications?

Anyway, just go to settings and disable notifications.

No. It was the page of extensions shop. There was pop-window "allow/block", and I was stupid enough to click "allow".

But when notification appears on my screen, it has a title "Opera browser".
