Hello, a few moments ago I tried to synchronize my opera account to my browser, but I did not know that doing that would synchronize me with the bookmarks that had been saved in the account (which were already old) and the fact is that I had been using opera for windows without synchronizing it with the account, and it had many bookmarks that were not in the account's backup, and I don't know how to recover them, can someone help me with this?

If you didn't do any backup of your bookmarks, they are gone.
