I originally thought this was because of tab snoozing, but I already had that off (even though it still seems like its on).

Also sometimes after not being on my computer for a while, when I click on one of my tabs, it refreshes (specifically annoying for youtube or netflix because it doesn't save where I was watching). Again, I thought this was tab snoozing but I already have that off, and I looked through all the settings to see if there was something I could change but I couldn't find anything.

I'm thinking both issues are mutual and whatever is happening will fix both of them, but I have no clue what that fix might be! I could be wording it weird, but I tried to search for the answer but no one else seems to be having this issues.
