This happened ever since 22/6/2021. unknown reason but there were an file called Local State is corrupted, which forced me to use program DiskGenius to delete the corrupted file but the file can not be deleted. therefore i had to name the previous folder OperaStable(2) and start an new reinstall. but then this problem occured.
