as for Qobuz playback in Opera there as an issue reported in this locked thread

from my point of view it is not solved at all, since when you enable the flag you get Hi-Res streaming but your browser is not recognized anymore by Opera, so you cannot even add an extension unless you disable the user agent flag and relaunch Opera.
