In the past I synced my Windows laptop to a Fire HD, no problems. Today I bought another Android (Amazon Fire HD), installed a current version of Opera Andoid. Tried to sunc, and neither the sign in method or QR Code would work. The QR code simply would not display on either device, nor would it accept a signin with login and password. I really want the content of my old Opera to sync with the new one. One attempt told me that sync was not working, and to try later.

Can anyone help??

Cannot login either sync through qr code in opera android app on POCO M4 Pro 5g. Solved after reinstalling app and works only scanning qr code at opera.com/connect

maybe it's safer to use the export/import function?

Don't see any import/export function on Opera for Android

In the meantime, here's where I am at, I got the new tablet to sign in to the sync, it now shows that everything is sharing. This is the "empty" Opera.

The other tablet sits on the "Signing In" display with the turning circle forever, and it does not sign in.

When I try to "Connect" either device using a QR code, neither of them will display the QR code, the turning circle just keeps going.

So what I am left with is the empty Opera synced in, and the tablet with the full Opera unable to sign in.

Still scratching my head as to why one will sign in and the other will not.

Any help appreciated.

Both Opera are the latest 64 series
