Also tried with Opera 25 dev. that includes MP3 support, but still not working.

Those games seem to use the browser's codecs and are working in Chrome.

Try disabling it / make plug-ins runs automatically in the settings.

I guess the answer is the same for ''why Google Translator's Speech doesn't work?''. Maybe it's an audio codec incompatibility.
