When I explore the bookmarks, I see the navigation links at the top separated by these three characters: ‰. I assume it's some charset issue, but how do I fix it? It only seems to affect the bookmark navigation.

It has already been fixed in Developer, so we're just waiting for that version to make it to Stable.
