Why Opera browser does not have a menu in Persian, if all popular browsers have a Persian version, in addition, Opera itself already had a Persian menu in older versions. I am personally willing to cooperate fully in translating.

In the localization section of the Opera browser installation folder, there is no .pak file for Persian language at all. For this reason, despite the selection of Persian language in the settings, none of the parts will be Persian. Translate Persian so that all Persian language users can enjoy Fars Opera browser.
