Yes I still use Opera classic on my Samsung galaxy note 3 as I did not like the new UI and the removal of some options like single column view when I read online stories or fanfiction. I can log in using a desktop just fine even while using firefox. Opera link was working fine on my note 3 until this morning.</p>

<li>opera link stalls during sync (sync in progress icon green with 2 arrows stays on top right of browser)</li>
<li>Turned off opera link</li>
<li>Turned on opera link and logged in</li>
<li>Opera message dialog (Synchronizing your data)</li>
<li>Opera message dialog (Authentication failed)</li>
<li>Hit OK</li>

Also via Wi-Fi or transparent proxy a desktop UA must be set.</p>
