Opera doesn't have tracker blocking option. Recently, I saw comparison of firefox and opera on official website of mozilla and it is mentioned there that opera doesn't block trackers. On Desktop they have split them in two but in Opera for Android it didn't happen.

So probably the adblocker also blocks trackers too.
