I know that Opera has no autorefresh but even so it happens on all sites that I stop using for a while. Is there any extension or way to stop this?</p>

<p dir="auto">I don't know about this "snoozing tab", can you explain it to me? The automatic update, I refer that when some time passes, the tab that I was simply reloaded when I clicked on it.</p>
