So the Windows notifications of Opera GX (that Opera sends on behalf of the websites); and the sound notification of the messengers, including the little icon on top of them. I honestly don't know about other notifications like News and My Flow since I don't use these features, but I wouldn't include the "download complete" notification.

I'm sure I left some out - how about news notifications? Maybe My Flow?
