<![CDATA[my passwords are gone]]>so i just reset my browser because it was doing some weird stuff with audio and then it logged me out of all my accounts and i lost all my passwords pls help

Did you goto "Menu -> Update & Recovery" and then click the Recover button? If so, if you chose "Reset my data and Opera settings." instead of "Keep my data and only reset Opera settings.", that could be why your passwords are gone.
