Just tested with Opera Mini 10 on iOS 8.2 and it worked fine (might be the change in Presto engine 😕 )

Edit: the Trip Planner, Schedule Finder, Rider Alerts are hard to tap on (Desktop UA string) on the right of the page

Could you please clear the cache and see again? You can do so by going to Settings->Clear...->Clear Cookies and Data
If that doesn't help please fill a bug report form on https://mini.bugs.opera.com
