I made a custom live wallpaper and I don't know how to add it on the wallpapers list of my opera gx browser. I already have the zip file of it but it's just not appearing on my wallpaper list in settings

Number 2 would be errors in the INI file.

You need to have a folder inside the ZIP archive, and everything goes inside that folder. If there is no folder inside the archive, you'll probably see a message about it not being a valid theme when you upload it, too.
