<![CDATA[screen go black for up to 2 seconds before the page is loaded]]>I updated my browser within the last 7 days as per the push notifications.

I frequently have my screen go black for up to 2 seconds before the page is loaded. More than 3 times a day.

I am using a dell pc that is operating windows 10.

prior to the update, i have never experienced the issue.
