After updating Opera GX to LVL 2, pop-out(?) keep on appearing every time I open the browser.

I thought I be able to keep on dismissing it but it started to annoyed me that this pop-out keep on popping out. Is there a way for me to get rid of it permanently?

Then, close Opera.

Open up a command prompt and run:

"path to install folder\launcher.exe" --show-component-extension-options

When Opera starts up, goto the URL opera://extensions, enable developer mode and scroll down the page to see what extension needs updated. Then, you can update it but clicking "update" at the top of the page.
