config:
Opera 75.0.3969.149 with restored default settings.

Issue:
When i watching youtube the cpu usage increase a lot, but if i move the mouse over audio tab indicator the cpu usage go normal.
There is not way to set/disable the audio tab icon, is most probably the cause of the problem.
