<![CDATA[Bookmarks Won't Import to Opera]]>I've tried countless times to import my html bookmarks to Opera (windows 10) but it never works; after I initiate the process , the screen icon just spins for hours.

Is there a specific reason it won't work? How can I complete this task? I've also tried to import from another browser, but it still doesn't work.
