I am a novice web designer and check my site in opera GX. When adapting the site to different devices, there is a useful function via the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + C, so that the cursor appears instead of the touch circle and you can hover over the elements and see their properties, but when you click the LMB on the element, the cursor turns back into the touch circle. Can you tell me how to fix this miracle?
