An old staple of Opera browsers was that of the multiline/multi-row tabs. Tab estate is small, and favicons take up lots of space. The ability to create rows of tabs would really help with this organisation. Additionally, if one could create rows before the previous is filled up, leaving empty space, rows could act as an alternative form to tab groupings, as each row could signify something else.
