I don't need to configure anything with them, it just works. But that is not the case with Opera

I also have "Adguard for Mac" running (system-wide) and it works fine with the latest Opera.
macOS Big Sur 11.2.3
Opera 75.0.3969.93 (x86_64)
Adguard for Mac 2.5.3.955
AdGuard Browser Assistant Beta 1.1.11 (Extension)

But the ideal way would be using the system wide one, that works with all my other browser but Opera. Opera's adbloker, imo, is not as god as AdGuardes one.

Does AdGuard supports Opera?

There is an AdGuard extension for Opera, maybe you can try it. Or you can use Opera's adblocker.
