Noone ever got a resolution.

[I have this problem both on Mac and Android, latest updates for each as of Mar 23, 2021.]

Issue: Even after completely wiping everything except passwords (cookies, history, etc.), when opening a new Private Window [aka: Incognito mode in Chrome] it will pull in the entire list of related previously typed searches and address, suggesting a range of related URL's, addresses.

Additionally, in normal Windows, the same lists of suggestions present themselves for a given search. For example.. if I type "ru" several suggestions related to prior articles about the Russian Donbass appear, as well as search suggestions for "russia donbass"/"russian donbass".

This happens with any input into the Address Bar.
Obviously, private windows are not at all Private if this is occurring. Also, the browser is not being

Before offering suggestions, these are the following items I have configured, or cleaning tasks completed.

Wiped clean the entire browser except passwords

disabled "Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar"

selected "Block third-party cookies"

Do I need to manually find a resource or plist file to clean this?? Where is it?

Thanks!
