Are you talking about https://apps.facebook.com/angrybirds/? It loads fine in Opera for me. Try turning off Opera's adblocker and tracking protection for the site.

Sometimes the browser cookies can cause some problems, but you can fix it by going to your browser settings and clearing the cookies.
