После последнего обновления Оперы перестали отображаться иконки вкладок, в целом favicon - ы.

Translation of above said that favicons missing.
I do not see that. I see the size of them is no longer nice, they are not scaled to size of tab.
Instead, they are all huge, and this means favicons are useless big blobs of color.
This was one of the best things about opera, that the favicons showed up visibly
even with alot of open tabs.
Other browsers truncate the visible tabs to make the favicons ok , which is even
worse because when you add a tab its invisible.
I am on Win10 , Opera Version:74.0.3911.218
