How can i force the syncronizzation?</p>

That's expected.</p>
<p dir="auto">Sync is not yet implemented in the newest version, the sync entry in the menu is only a shortcut to the Link webpage, only an experimental flag can enabled it and only for Speed Dial, Stash and search engines not passwords. The last version where sync is working ATM is Opera 12.17.</p>

Me imagino que hablas español y por ''Rapid Access'' quieres decir ''Speed Dial''... Primeramente, Opera Link no es una herramienta para hacer backup o copia de seguridad; es un servicio que facilita la sincronización entre dispositivos y/u ordenadores, como se menciona en <a href="https://forums.opera.com/topic/4706/opera-synchronize-problem">éste tema</a>.</p>
<p dir="auto">Opera está trabajando para ''mejorar la sincronización y para integrarla más en su nueva generación de navegadores'' (<a href="https://link.opera.com/loginfront/?menu_item=synchronize" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Fuente</a>), por lo tanto, éste servicio está funcionando deficientemente. Me imagino que en una versión futura esto se resolverá.</p>
