Some changes, fixes and improvements:
- DNA-86187 Snap "Ctrl+C" doesn't work on the start page.
- DNA-90636 Mouse click on a link to download file does nothing, when automatic download site permission is blocked.
- DNA-91495 Bank site pcbac.com doesn’t work in Opera.
- DNA-91533 Add import of data from Chrome based Edge.
- DNA-91567 [Win] "Easy Files" popup is rendered offscreen (badly positioned).
- Few crash fixes - more info in the change log.
 
New Opera's flag #video-conferencing-popout - disabled by default (work in progress)
Allow to detach video conference to separate window.
 
Chromium is updated to version 90.0.4400.8.

- DNA-92432 [Search] "Alt+Enter" for opening search in new tab doesn’t work.

New Opera's flags (disabled by default - work in progress):
- #cashback-all-workspaces
Make Dify Cashback shopping available outside the Smart Shopping workspace.

- #dropdown-suggestion-buttons-tab-focusable
Allows focusing buttons in address drop-down suggestions using tab.

The flag #video-conferencing-popout is enabled by default (ready to test it).

"There’s now a Switch to tab button in the address bar drop-down. It appears when you’re typing in the address bar and a suggestion is already open in one of your tabs. Clicking the button takes you directly to the open tab with the suggestion, making your browsing easier and reducing duplicate tabs."

New Opera's flag: #ipfs
When enabled, the browser will handle navigations to ipfs:// and ipns:// URLs with the help of an IPFS gateway, contacted over HTTPS.
When disabled, the browser has no special handling for ipfs:// or ipns:// URLs, and by default defers their handling to the underlying platform.

The flag #cashback is available again.

The flags enabled by default in this build (ready to test it):

New Opera's flag #switch-to-tab-in-dropdown - disabled by default (work in progress)
Allows switching to an existing tab with address bar suggestion.

Removed flags #player-service and player-service-control-panel.
You can switch off/on the Player feature under opera:settings/playerService.

- DNA-91816 [Settings] "enable Workspaces" toggle does not perform any action.
- DNA-91853 Auto-play should not be blocked for loomi.tv.
- DNA-91866 [Mac] can’t resize window with detached tab.

Allow to search tabs in the devices that are connected through the Sync feature.
