twitter notification glitched

So im using twitter in the sidebar of opera gx and i want to get notification from it
when i allow notification it works fine but after rebooting the computer it doesn't work and i have to delete cookies & cache & data to get notification again
and the next day there is no notification and the loop goes on and on
