First, my mother language is not english but french. As I don't see any frenchtalking forum here, I write in the english forum. I'll try to be clear... but be patient and gentle please... thanks.

Some weeks ago, I was on Win XP Pro SP3 fr and I used Opera 12 as default navigator (I have tried new versions but I prefer Opera 12).

Now, I'm on Win 7 Familiale Premium Edition 64 bits, and I use Opera 12.17 as default navigator. Before migrate to Win 7, I forgot to export my opera bookmarks, but I saved all my hard disk on an external 2 To usb disk (with SyncBack Free, which is free and really perfect !)

Exploring my usb disk, I found a bookmarks file (without any extension) in the Application Data Opera Software (Documents and Settings) folder which contains, as I see, my old bookmarks. When I try to open this file with Opera, I see all my old bookmarks in .txt format (I think).

How could I do to import these bookmarks in my new Opera on my Win 7 actually OS please ?

Thank you so much for your answers !

[Mod Edit: Changed topic title to be more descriptive]

That's great !

Are you sure it wasn't an .adr or Opera Web Document?

You know what? I have one such file - actually it's a backup copy of my Ff bookmarks. The option in the Ff menu also has its counterpart - to actually use this stuff, to "recover" or I don't know how it's in French:D
For short, use a Firefox to "unleash" the file - then Opera must have an option to import such stuff from Firefox.
