You need to click on the last icon on the right, the one that looks like a picture in portrait mode with the top ight corner folded.

With Chrome and Firefox can upload photos, with Edge I didn't try it.

When you try to upload a photo here in the forum, what happens? It just don't upload the image? Do you get any error message?

If that problem could be fixed it would be excellent.

Go to Android settings > Apps > Opera > permissions.

Usually you click on the button/link to upload the images, select them and upload.
