This is hard to explain but it seems like every 1-2 seconds, something starts, pauses, refreshes or something in the background. I have a loading circle next to my cursor that blinks every 2 seconds and it interrupts whatever I am doing. It closes dialogue boxes, cancels typing and stops whatever I am doing. This message alone I had to pause every 2 seconds while it basically tabbed out of the dialogue box and back in. Almost like it is loading something else and then returning to this process.
Any ideas?

Other browsers work fine.
May be worth noting I also uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted the computer multiple times. Still is in this constant loop of loading something in the background.
