For Job I prefer to add Google as browser when i create a new tab instead of Quick Access. How can I change it ?

Our Ukrainian users were complaining that their only option is Yandex, so if you convince Opera you're in the Ukraine or Russia then it wouldn't be Google.

Changing this is not possible, either, or is it?
